The AprilAire 8145 Fresh Air Ventilator is designed to bring in precisely the right amount of outdoor air into homes. It helps provide fresh, healthy air to your customers for effective virus protection, allergy relief, and to reduce the amount of other airborne contaminants in their homes.
The Model 8145 replaces the Model 8140, but with improved performance, efficiency, and easier installation. Comes with an integrated control* removable powered damper and washable MERV 6 filter.

The 8145 costs less than an ERV and is easier to install. It is also recognized as ENERGY STAR Most Efficient for 2020.

The 8145 Fresh Air Ventilator provides quick and easy access to the included MERV 6 filter for cleaning once every 6 months. For higher quality filtration, a MERV 13 filter is available as a replacement part and is designed to be replaced every 6 months.

The 8120X Ventilation Controller that comes as part of the 8145* lets you set to control the temperature and relative humidity limits that help bring the right amount of fresh air into the home at the right time.
